Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious 180 Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about building relationships, identifying top talent, and supporting clients with their hiring needs. In this role, you will focus on the candidate side of recruitment, sourcing, screening, and matching candidates to job opportunities across various industries.

• Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  

• Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure suitability for client requirements.
  

• Manage the end -to -end candidate process, from application through to placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  

• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future hiring needs.
  

• Collaborate closely with senior consultants to understand job briefs and client expectations.
  

• Prepare candidate profiles, resumes, and reports for submission to clients.
  

• Support candidates throughout the hiring process, including interview preparation and feedback.
  

• Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
  

Requirements

• Experience: No prior experience required; internship experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
