Job Responsibilities:
⢠Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process by following hiring procedure to comply with relevant laws and regulations and RBA Code of Conduct.
⢠Able to implement sourcing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment process.
⢠Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements i.e. the role's specific skills, qualifications, responsibilities and team dynamics.
⢠Source for potential candidates through various platforms i.e. Job Advertisement portals, Linked-In, Referral Program, Social Media, networking, Recruitment Database etc.
⢠Review resumes, conduct phone screens, manage in-person interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
⢠Conduct interviews together with Hiring Managers / interviewers to gain alignment, share perspectives, and provide a cohesive and efficient candidate experience to ensure both the technical skills and cultural fit for the role are evaluated thoroughly.
⢠Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, extending job offers, prepare employment contracts & HR related documents and coordinating the on-boarding of new hires.
⢠Conduct candidate data verification and maintain accurate records.
⢠Ensure recruitment processes align with data protection regulations.
⢠Actively engage with universities and industry platforms through events, partnerships, and digital marketing to attract diverse candidates to build a talent pipeline under Graduate Engineering Trainee roles.
⢠Manage the entire process for Work Pass Applications including Professional Visit Pass and Dependant Pass.
⢠Facilitate Training & Development activities i.e. scheduling, registration, maintenance of training records, liaison with stakeholders, grant application for eligible training courses and management reporting.
⢠Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
⢠Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
⢠Minimum 5 yearsâ relevant working experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
⢠Specialize in talent acquisition and creative sourcing strategies.
⢠Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
⢠Proactive and ability to work independently.
Working hours:
Mon to Fri, 8am to 5:45pm
