Job Description

Manage regional pricing commercial management activities by adapting global promotion frameworks into regional requirements, coordinating rollout across hubs and CSOs, and ensuring promotional execution aligns with business objectives, budget guardrails and compliance requirements. The role acts as a key interface between Global Commercial Management, Regional Concessions & Terms, Trade Marketing, Pricing Performance, BU and Sales teams to steer promotion governance, monitor effectiveness and support consistent execution across markets.

Main responsibilities

• Translate global promotion frameworks into regional commercial management guidelines, approval rules and implementation requirements within defined guardrails.
• Coordinate the rollout of regional promotion frameworks across hubs, CSOs and relevant market stakeholders.
• Ensure promotional execution is aligned with business objectives, budget requirements, compliance rules and regional guardrails.
• Review promotion proposals and provide regional approvals, scopes and guidance in line with defined governance requirements.
• Monitor promotion performance, promotional ROI, budget adherence and compliance risks together with Pricing Performance and related stakeholders.

Key Activities :

• Coordinate the rollout of global price promotion frameworks and ensure clear communication of regional requirements to hubs and CSOs.
• Review promotion proposals, validate scopes and provide regional approvals based on commercial objectives and guardrails.
• Monitor promotional effectiveness, budget adherence and execution risks; escalate key insights to Pricing, BU and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain the regional promotion calendar and identify risks related to timing, budget, scope and market readiness.
• Align promotional rules with TTS requirements and prevent conflicts with concession, terms or pricing guardrails.
• Collaborate with BU and Sales teams on promotion feasibility, design and execution requirements.
• Coordinate digitalization of regional promotion processes with IT Tools and validate system configuration and readiness.
• Support Regional Concessions & Terms in Trade Term Scheme development.

• Relevant University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, commercial management, promotion governance, trade terms, margin and regional market implementation.
• Good understanding of promotional planning, budget cadence, approval models, exception routing and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate promotional ROI, budget adherence, performance trends and risk indicators.
• Experience working with Pricing Performance, BU, Sales, Trade Marketing, Commercial Management and regional market teams.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to provide clear guidance to hubs, CSOs and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Structured, self-managed and result-oriented working style with strong problem-solving capability and ability to manage complexity across regional teams.
