Relationship Officer

How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to take a customer-centric approach, listening to their needs and providing personalized solutions that meet their financial objectives. You'll need to stay up-to-date with market trends and product offerings, and be able to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

What you do
- Manage a portfolio of customers, building and maintaining relationships through regular communication and meetings
- Identify customers' financial needs and provide tailored solutions, including loan and deposit products
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and product offerings, and communicate changes to customers

Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking or financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide tailored financial solutions
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a strong focus on customer service
