In addition to technical proficiency, you must have proven experience in sales and a background in academia. This specific mix is vital because you will be directly managing relationships with clients and institutions. The market consists of universities and research institutions, so the candidate must have direct prior experience working within an academic institution, research library, or similar scholarly environment.
Furthermore, fluency in both English and Malay as a component of this role involves developing business and reaching out to potential clients.
