Lead & Scale: Spearhead our overseas sales team across the SEA and ANZ regions , defining market priorities, target accounts, and pipeline strategies.
Drive Enterprise Wins: Navigate complex, strategic deals with real estate developers, REITs, asset owners, and construction firms , taking them from initial C -level engagement to successful closure.
Operational Excellence: Build repeatable, structured sales processes, while enforcing strong CRM discipline, accurate forecasting, and data -driven performance tracking.
Tech Translation: Act as a forward -looking technology partner, seamlessly translating emerging trends in AI, IoT, and BI into tangible business value, revenue growth, and cost control for our clients.
Market Strategy: Champion solution localization for your regions, feeding valuable market insights back to internal teams to optimize our Go -To -Market approach and product positioning.
Ethical Leadership: Uphold the highest standards of professional integrity, governance, and transparent stakeholder management, safeguarding the company’s reputation and fostering long -term customer trust.
The Experience: You bring 8–10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in systems, software, or tech solutions, supported by a Bachelor's degree.
The Leadership: You have 3–5+ years of proven experience successfully leading and scaling enterprise sales teams.
The Industry Chops: You possess a deep, consultative understanding of real estate technology (PropTech), enterprise software like SaaS, ERP, or CRM, and the broader real estate or construction ecosystem. Currently focusing on VR products is a strong plus.
The Footprint: You have extensive market experience across Southeast Asia, with exposure to Australia and New Zealand being highly advantageous.
The Stability: You have a proven track record of sustained success and tenure; frequent job changes every 1–2 years are not ideal for a strategic role of this caliber.
The Communication: You possess professional -level English proficiency, and Mandarin fluency is preferred to effectively engage with our broader stakeholder network.
