B2B Market Penetration: Proactively identify, map out, and engage modern commercial pig farms, corporate agricultural groups, and system integrators across East Malaysia to expand market footprint.
Consultative Technical Selection: Conduct deep -dive on -site technical assessments to evaluate farm layouts, proposing customized automation solutions spanning feeding, climate control, and housing ventilation equipment.
Project & Tender Management: Deliver compelling commercial proposals and technical presentations to farm owners and C -suite agricultural stakeholders, managing contract negotiations and project execution through to payment collections.
Relationship Architecture: Foster long -term, high -trust alliances with existing commercial farmers, acting as their primary technical advisor to drive repeat system upgrades and retrofitting projects.
Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Veterinary Science, Agribusiness, or a related industrial discipline.
Industry Domain Expertise: * Mandatory Requirement: Hands -on experience or deep technical familiarity working within swine/pig farming operations or selling specialized equipment directly to the swine livestock sector.
Sales Track Record: Proven corporate B2B sales or technical account management background with a clear commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills.
Mobility: Ready -to -travel extensively across East Malaysia for site visits and client technical consultations.
Competitive Base Salary: Up to RM 8,000 per month (Commensurate with specialized livestock domain expertise).
