Account Management & Development: Retain, penetrate, and scale a diversified portfolio of industrial B2B accounts across the Klang Valley region.
Consultative B2B Selling: Conduct regular face -to -face site visits to execute technical product discussions, commercial negotiations, and high -level stakeholder alignment.
Technical Interface: Coordinate closely with the internal technical and R&D teams to facilitate custom formulation discussions, sample validations, and technical troubleshooting for clients.
Commercial Governance: Lead the full sales cycle including quotations, contract alignment, margin optimization, and collection monitoring.
Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related industrial discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years of proven B2B industrial sales experience.
Strong preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in Rubber Process Oils.
Attributes: High degree of professional maturity, independent problem -solving capabilities, rigid sales discipline, and strong negotiation skills.
Base Salary: Competitive basic salary (Commensurate with industrial experience and technical background)
