Core Focus: B2B Technical Sales, Industrial Key Account Management, and Regional Market Expansion
Market Expansion & B2B Hunting: Capitalize on your existing industrial network to unlock new commercial pipelines, secure high -value manufacturing accounts, and aggressively scale company market share.
Consultative Value Selling: Lead face -to -face commercial and technical consultations with plant managers, engineering directors, and procurement heads to align our specialized product portfolio with their operational requirements.
Commercial Governance & P&L: Take full ownership of regional sales targets, pricing frameworks, profit margins, and accurate revenue forecasting.
Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, mentor, and develop a high -performing sales team, driving strict sales disciplines, pipeline management, and professional capability.
Cross -Functional Alignment: Act as the strategic bridge between clients and internal technical, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless project delivery and specialized product customization.
Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical), Business Administration, or a related industrial discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 4–8 years of proven corporate B2B sales experience within the industrial sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior supervisory role.
Mandatory Requirement: A robust, ready -to -tap industrial network and client base (e.g., manufacturing plants, processing mills, automation partners, or heavy industries).
Skills: Strong negotiation capability, solid understanding of long -cycle corporate procurement processes, and data -driven pipeline management.
Attributes: High professional maturity, excellent executive presence, and a resilient, target -driven mindset.
