Lead Industrial Digital Transformation Across Southeast Asia

Honeywell Connected Industrial (HCI) is seeking an experienced Senior Application Engineering Supervisor to lead our Southeast Asia engineering team, driving project excellence, technical leadership, capability development, and business growth across a portfolio of advanced industrial software and digital solutions.

This is a high-impact regional leadership role combining engineering management, customer engagement, technical consultancy, and commercial support. You'll have the opportunity to shape engineering strategy, develop future talent, and partner with customers in industries including refining, petrochemicals, oil & gas, and manufacturing.

What You'll Do

Engineering Leadership & Delivery

• Lead engineering execution for HCI projects across Southeast Asia.


• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and to customer expectations.


• Drive operational excellence, resource optimization, and engineering productivity.

Build and Develop High-Performing Teams

• Coach, mentor, and develop engineering talent across the region.


• Create structured capability development and succession plans.


• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Support Business Growth

• Partner with sales teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.


• Drive Field Sales Lead (FSL) generation through engineering engagement.


• Support pipeline expansion and additional order intake.

Technical Sales & Customer Engagement

• Provide technical leadership during proposal development and bid activities.


• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping solve complex operational challenges.


• Support solution design, risk assessment, and technical validation.

Regional Technical Authority

• Serve as the regional technical leader in one of the following domains:


• Data Solutions: MES, PI, APM and related industrial digitalization platforms


• Process Solutions: APC, Process Optimization, OTS, HPDT, USD and Simulation Technologies

Voice of Customer

• Capture customer feedback and market insights.


• Influence product enhancements and future solution development.


• Partner with global product teams to align solutions with regional requirements.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Process, Control Systems or related discipline).


• 6+ years' experience in industrial software, process automation, advanced applications, simulation, optimization, MES, APM, or related engineering environments.


• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering customer projects.


• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.


• Experience supporting proposals, technical sales, or business development activities.

Preferred

• Experience within Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, Energy, or Process Industries.


• Master's Degree or MBA.


• Regional or multi-country leadership experience.
