Honeywell Process Automation is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to help shape and win some of the region's most strategic and complex opportunities across energy, infrastructure, automation and emerging technologies.

This is not a traditional territory sales role. It is about identifying opportunities early, building executive relationships, influencing outcomes, bringing the right stakeholders together and turning strategy into revenue.

What You will Be Working On

You will lead business development activities across Asia Pacific, focusing on major projects and strategic opportunities that can span multiple countries, business units and years.

Your portfolio may include opportunities across:

• LNG and energy infrastructure


• Global Mega Projects


• Energy transition and storage


• Data centres


• Industrial automation and digital technologies


• Other large-scale capital projects across the region

No two pursuits will look the same. Some opportunities may begin with a conversation years before a project is formally announced. Others may require coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders across different countries and time zones.

You know how to:

• Spot opportunities before they reach the market


• Build credibility with senior decision-makers


• Navigate complex stakeholder environments


• Influence strategy without direct authority


• Shape customer requirements and commercial outcomes


• Coordinate teams across functions, regions and businesses


• Turn large, complex pursuits into booked orders

You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and understand that the most valuable opportunities are often the ones that take time to develop.

What You will Bring

We are less concerned with the exact industry you have worked in and more interested in the impact you've had.

You may have built your career in:

• Energy


• LNG


• Oil & Gas


• Industrial automation


• Infrastructure


• Power and utilities


• Technology solutions


• Engineering and project environments

Most importantly, you will have experience leading complex business development or sales pursuits and influencing outcomes in large organisations.
