Job Description

Handling and processing documentation for discharge of security documents, amalgamation of land titles, sub-division of land titles, substitution of charge and following-up on the return of security documents - original land titles, Duplicate Charges, Form 40, etc.    

Ensuring completion of documentation and full compliance of conditions precedent / terms and conditions prior to discharge of security documents, amalgamation of land titles, sub-division of land titles and substitution of charge.

Performing accurate, complete and timely data input / maintenance into the relevant systems.

Attending to queries from business partners and relevant stakeholders on documentation related issues.

Carrying out any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time e.g. data cleansing exercises, special projects, UATs, regression testings, etc.
