Senior Executive Engineer - Strategic Implementation (MASB)

Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Ensure the proper planning are in place for a successful Environment Master Plan implementation, monitor and ensure that MASB is in compliance with authorities requirements so that MASB operations are safe, reliable and efficient.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Plan for the Strategic Implementation and ensure the successfulness of the Environmental Master Plan (EMP) 2.0 


• Competent person and liable for Radiation Protection Officer (RPO) duty and task.


• Implement and monitor actions in ensuring compliance to requirements by authorities (AELB, Nuclear Malaysia Agency, SPAN, DOE, etc). 


• Ensure the complete implementation of Special Projects - Energy & Environmental related, Compliance & New Technology related scope.


• Prepare and ensure implementation of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Policy, Guidelines and SOP.


• Plan and ensure airports comply with the requirements of liable competent person ie, Radiation Protection Officer (RPO)


• Lead Radiation Audit for compliance & improvements to all airports.

1. Developing a comprehensive succession plans for Engineering Operations personnel and job enrichment

2. Lack of management skill at airports; people competency and development

3. Keeping abreast with the latest technology and best practices in the industry

Skills

• Good leadership skill

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Relevant Industries

• Degree with CGPA > 3.0 and minimum 3 years relevant experience 

Education

• Degree with CGPA > 3.0 and minimum 3 years relevant experience 


• Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia


• Preferably Certified in Radiation Protection Officer
