Senior, Facility Executive (Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day facility management and building operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.


• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building systems, equipment, and facilities.


• Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure work is carried out in accordance with agreed service levels, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.


• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, tenants, vendors, and relevant authorities on facility-related matters.


• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance issues, potential risks, and areas for improvement.


• Monitor and follow up on maintenance requests, breakdowns, complaints, and rectification works to ensure timely resolution.


• Assist in managing facility-related budgets, quotations, purchase requisitions, and operational expenses.


• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, building regulations, safety standards, and company policies.


• Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to maintenance activities, service contracts, inspections, incidents, and facility operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Engineering, Property Management, or a related discipline.


• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in facility management, building operations, property management, or a related field.


• Good knowledge of building maintenance, M&E systems, facilities operations, and contractor management.


• Experience in managing vendors, service providers, and maintenance contractors.
