Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented FP&A professional to support the Supply Chain organization. This role partners closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and Warehousing to drive financial planning, cost optimization, operational performance, and strategic decision-making.

• Perform variance analysis on Warehouse, Logistics, Freight, and Transport expenses, and identify areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct Finished Goods Cost analysis to support cost reduction initiatives and margin enhancement.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Production teams to analyze trends, risks, and opportunities impacting Supply Chain financial performance.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis reports by reviewing expenses and analyzing variances against budget and forecast.
• Review and validate cost savings initiatives proposed by Warehouse and Logistics teams.
• Support month-end closing activities to ensure accurate accruals and financial reporting.
• Prepare forecasts and annual budgets related to Warehouse, Logistics, Freight, and Transport operations.
• Perform costing simulations and scenario analyses to support business decision-making.
• Drive reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives for systems and processes.
• Participate in year-end stock counts and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Liaise with external and internal auditors and provide the necessary documentation and support during audits.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time in line with business requirements.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 2 to 4 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
