We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our global FP&A team, where innovation knows no borders. This team helps commercial leaders understand performance and make sharper investment choices across the Asia-Pacific region. By connecting financial analysis with business insights, the team supports growth across the travel agency business. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will manage financial planning, forecasting and commercial analysis to support our regional travel agency business. You will influence regional success by turning financial data into clear business actions. This role requires strong analytical discipline, sound judgment and the confidence to guide cross-functional stakeholders through complex commercial decisions.

What you'll do

• Manage forecasting, annual planning and performance reviews for the APAC travel agency business to optimize commercial outcomes.
• Challenge commercial teams on travel agency incentive payouts using factual data to protect margins and optimize investments.
• Support financial models and ad-hoc commercial analyses to identify regional growth opportunities.
• Support month-end close processes and deliver variance analysis to give teams clear visibility.
• Use AI-enabled tools and automation to improve reporting accuracy and accelerate regional decision-making.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial finance or a related role.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional decisions.
• Demonstrated proficiency creating dashboards using Power BI or Qlik to improve data visibility.
• Practical experience using generative AI, automation or analytics tools to enhance reporting productivity.
