Senior Graphic Designer

The Sr. Graphic Designer will play a key role in developing on-brand visual assets for digital and print campaigns, social media, packaging, and promotional materials - with a primary focus on Malaysia while supporting broader Asia initiatives. This role requires a strong eye for design, technical proficiency and the ability to translate marketing goals into compelling visuals.

The ideal candidate is a versatile designer with a passion for sports, branding and creative storytelling, capable of producing work that engages and excites our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Branding

• Create high-quality visual assets for digital (social media, email, website) and print (brochures, event collateral, signage).


• Develop localized designs tailored to Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam while maintaining Selkirk’s global brand identity.


• Design social media graphics, infographics, GIFs and short-form video thumbnails optimized for each platform.


• Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to ensure visual consistency across all channels.

Campaign & Product Support

• Support product launches and campaigns with eye-catching visuals, banners and advertisements.


• Assist in creating retail and e-commerce assets (product images, promotional displays).


• Contribute to brand guidelines and ensure all designs adhere to Selkirk’s standards.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with photographers, videographers and content creators to produce cohesive visuals.


• Stay updated on design trends, tools and best practices in the sports and lifestyle industry.


• Brainstorm and pitch creative concepts for campaigns and brand activations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.


• 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in sports, fitness, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Canva.


• Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) are a plus.


• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work (branding, social media, marketing collateral).


• Detail-oriented with excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


• Passion for sports, especially pickleball or racquet sports, is a big plus!
