A career in Partner Affairs, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to provide strategic and operational support to current and former partners of the Firm. As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Support in formulating, planning and driving practice's strategic initiatives
Act as an advisor to the team lead by providing insights and observations from a business lens
Prepare compelling presentations and other communication materials for Assurance
Coordinate and attend leadership meetings and keep track of initiatives to ensure follow-through
Plan and organise relevant practice's events
Collaborate with regional partners and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless communication
Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.
Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.
Be part of any special projects on an ad hoc basis
Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Preferred skills
An ideal candidate will have either consulting or operational experience with a strong problem solving skills and interest in project management.
4-6 years of applicable experience in consulting or internal management role
Excellent whole leadership and business acumen with the ability to connect the dots between business strategy and operational matters
Has a flexible personality and is able to cope well under pressure and work independently
An analytical mind-set and strong problem-solving skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (any additional language is a plus)
