Senior Manager, Finance & Accounts

• Oversee the finance and accounts function with complete responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.
  
• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to drive data-informed decision-making and shape business strategy.
  
• Convert complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations to guide both operational and strategic decisions.
  
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, preparation of financial statements, and implementation of internal controls.
  
• Oversee the accurate and on-time submission of management accounts, statutory reports, and tax returns.
  
• Maintain full compliance with financial regulations, tax obligations, and Group policies.
  
• Collaborate with auditors, regulators, tax agents, and Group Finance to maintain accurate and timely financial reporting.
  
• Proactively monitor risks and enforce controls to protect company assets.
  
• Supervise the finance and accounts function, driving team performance, direction, and growth.
  
• Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
  
• Implement automation and continuous improvements in financial processes, reporting platforms, and internal workflows.
  
• Promote financial discipline, enforce policies, and ensure consistent documentation across all departments.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) required.
  
• At least 8 years of advancing finance/accounting experience, ideally in financial services or regulated sectors, including a minimum of 3 years in management or supervision.
  
• Strong expertise in MFRS, complemented by working knowledge of IFRS, with emphasis on statutory reporting and group consolidation.
  
• Prior experience in financial services or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
  
• Proven leadership abilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and accounting systems such as SQL, SAP, Xero, or equivalent.
  
• Possesses strong integrity, initiative, attention to detail, and a deep sense of responsibility.
