Senior Manager, Group Corporate Development & Strategy

Job Summary

1. Corporate Strategy &
Business Planning

• Lead the development
  and execution of corporate strategies to support long-term business
  objectives.
  
• Conduct market
  research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify
  growth opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with senior
  leadership to align business strategies with corporate goals.
  
• Develop and track key
  performance indicators (KPIs) to measure strategic initiatives’ success.
  

2. Mergers, Acquisitions &
Strategic Investments

• Identify, evaluate, and
  execute M&A opportunities, including financial modeling, due
  diligence, and deal structuring.
  
• Develop business cases
  for potential acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
  
• Lead cross-functional
  teams through the M&A process, from target identification to
  post-merger integration.
  
• Build relationships
  with investment banks, advisors, and industry experts to source strategic
  opportunities.
  

3. Business Development &
Strategic Partnerships

• Identify and evaluate
  strategic partnership opportunities that drive business expansion and
  revenue growth.
  
• Negotiate partnership
  agreements, joint ventures, and alliances to support corporate objectives.
  
• Work with internal
  stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies for new business
  opportunities.
  

4. Financial & Market
Analysis

• Conduct financial
  modeling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning to support corporate
  decision-making.
  
• Assess potential risks
  and returns on strategic investments and initiatives.
  
• Monitor economic,
  market, and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations.
  

5. Corporate Governance &
Stakeholder Management

• Prepare reports,
  presentations, and recommendations for senior executives, board members,
  and investors.
  
• Collaborate with
  finance, legal, and operational teams to ensure alignment on corporate
  initiatives.
  
• Engage with external
  stakeholders, including regulators, investors, and business partners, to
  support strategic goals.
  

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance,
Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).

• Min around 8 years of
  experience in corporate strategy, M&A, investment banking, management
  consulting, or a related field.
  
• Proven
  track record in executing M&A deals, strategic planning, and business
  development.
  
• Strong
  experience in financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation.
  
• Strong analytical,
  problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  
• Excellent financial modeling,
  valuation, and business case development skills.
  
• Strong leadership, project
  management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  
• Effective communication and
  presentation skills for executive-level discussions.
  
• Ability
  to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
  simultaneously.
