Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To monitor and ensure full life cycle functional of Enterprise Business Solution(EBS) services of ERP unit and Business Applications Unit in providing ERP support services, service validation and business application services to MAHB  conform to the service quality standards and business requirements.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• To establish EBS strategic objectives to support MAHB vision


• To provide timely and efficient management support for division in order to meet SLA


• To approve  and Control Department/Division Budget


• To approve EBS proposal, Service request and initiatives


• To approve EBS continual improvement initiatives to improve service delivery


• Manages and motivates team of EBS


• Monitor and approved Mitigated divisional risks to minimize impact on EBS service delivery


• To perform other ad hoc task or duties as directed by superior or Senior Management from time to time.


• Act as the Management Representative for Integrated Management System, IT Division.

Key Challenges

• Limited number of programmer


• No agile development framework  in place to cater for regular changes on business requirement


• No system analyst skill in EBS staff skill.


• Will be dependent on planning team for the requirement and system design, in case of Internal Development required.


• IT programmer skills is limited to Lotus Domino and .net


• Technology refresh for staff to catch-up with current technology (staff skill set)


• Technology gap on business user

Education

EXTERNAL

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.


• Master Degree would be an added advantage.

Relevant Industries

EXTERNAL

• Degree with minimum 7 years relevant experience.

UNIQUE REQUIREMENT

• ITIL v3 Certified
