Senior Project Manager

• Implement and uphold all Quality Management System procedures at job sites.
  
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, overseeing project progress, and maintaining cost control while understanding project requirements.
  
• Efficiently allocate resources for each project.
  
• Actively participate in meetings with consultants, authorities, and customers.
  
• Initiate and verify corrective actions when necessary to ensure project success.
  
• Serve as a valued member of the Management Review Committee when appointed.
  
• Maintain discipline among staff at job sites.
  
• Provide regular reports to supervisors on pre -mix intervals.
  
• Chair site meetings and sub -contractors' meetings while also leading the site safety committee.
  
• Collaborate with the planning department to create project work programs and cash flow projections.
  
• Thoroughly review and approve all method statements and work instructions before submitting them to consultants.
  
• Fulfill any additional job assignments as directed by your immediate superior.
  
• Approve project cash flow and planning.
  
• Call special meetings to address and resolve site -related issues.
  
• Instruct sub -contractors to rectify defective work.
  
• Reject non -conforming building materials.
  
• Address and close internal or external non -conformance reports (NCRs).
  

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
  
• More than 5 years of working experience in relevant fields is required.
  
• Experience in engineering design construction, supervision and project management related activities.
  
• Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills when working with clients, authorities, and consultants.
  
• Must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
  
• Ability to multitask and is a team player.
