Senior Project Manager (Construction)

• Create a detailed plan and schedule for the construction project, taking into account all the resources required, timelines, and deadlines.
  
• Responsible for managing the project budget, including cost estimation, forecasting, and tracking expenses.
  
• Responsible for identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, such as developing contingency plans and establishing safety protocols.
  
• Oversee the contract negotiation and administration process, ensuring that all parties involved comply with the terms of the contract.
  
• Responsible for building and managing a team of professionals to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
  
• Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members, to keep everyone informed of project progress and any changes that may affect the project's outcome.
  
• Ensure that the project meets all quality standards and specifications, including conducting regular inspections and audits.
  
• Ensure that all applicable regulatory requirements are met, including obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
  

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in construction management, engineering, or any related field.
  
• At least 10 or more years of working experience in the industry, including experience managing large construction projects.
  
• Possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as experience with project management software and tools. 
  
• Have a comprehensive understanding of construction materials, techniques, and best practices.
  
• Have a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies, contract management, risk management, budgeting, and scheduling.
  
• Able to work in a fast -paced, dynamic environment.
