Senior Service & Parts Executive (Motorcycle)

• Monitor and control stockist inventory levels, turnover, and aging
  
• Develop replenishment strategy based on demand forecasting
  
• Analyse sell -in vs sell -out performance and recommend corrective action
  
• Reduce slow -moving and obsolete inventory through structured action plans
  
• Conduct quarterly performance review with stockists
  
• Ensure compliance with company stock level guidelines
  
• Monitor dealer ordering behaviour and stock adequacy
  
• Improve national dealer fill rate and reduce backorder ratio
  
• Support demand forecasting and annual ordering budget
  
• Monitor national inventory turnover and stock coverage ratio
  

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Automotive Management or related field
  
• Minimum 3 -5 years’ experience in spare parts / after -sales / dealer management (automotive or motorcycle industry preferred)
  
• Excellent communication skills able to communicate with multi -level people
  
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, forecasting, and stock control
  
• Experience handling distributor or stockist network
  
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot table, data analysis, reporting)
  
• Familiar with ERP / Parts Management Systems
  
• Willing to travel nationwide
