What You Will Do

As a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will own and shape talent pipelines that enable DayOne’s rapid global expansion.

This is not a reactive sourcing role. You will operate as a strategic partner to recruiters and hiring leaders, bringing deep market intelligence, proactive pipeline design, and data-driven insights to influence hiring outcomes across regions.

Build strategic pipelines

• Design and maintain talent ready pipelines for roles across:

  • Data Center Operations

  • Construction, CPM & Cost Management

  • Engineering & Design

  • EHS

  • Corporate & enabling functions

• Build talent market mapping across multiple geographies to identify supply, competition, and hiring risks.

• Anticipate talent demand ahead of requisitions and activate pipelines proactively.

• Translate data into clear insights and hiring recommendations for TA and business leaders.

Source and engage passive talent

• Lead sourcing initiatives using advanced Boolean, X-ray search, AI sourcing tools, and talent intelligence platforms.

• Identify and engage passive talent with personalized, insight-led outreach aligned to DayOne’s EVP.

• Build long-term relationships with talent communities.

Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders as a trusted advisor

• Actively shape hiring strategies by participating in kick-off meetings, calibration, and workforce planning discussions.

• Challenge and refine role requirements based on market realities and talent availability.

• Advise on sourcing feasibility, location strategy, and competitor talent movement.

Leverage technology, automation, and AI to scale impact

• Experiment with new channels, tools, and sourcing models to improve speed and quality.

• Continuously refine sourcing playbooks and best practices.

• Maintain high data integrity across ATS and CRM systems.

Predictable, high-quality pipelines delivered ahead of hiring demand

• Reduced time to fill for critical and niche roles

• Strong engagement and conversion rates from passive talent

• Hiring leaders view sourcing as a strategic advantage, not a service

• Clear market intelligence informing workforce and location planning

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience sourcing senior and niche roles in matrix, multi-country environments

• Strong stakeholder management skills, confident influencing recruiters and hiring leaders

• Deep knowledge of talent markets within data centers, infrastructure, engineering, or adjacent industries

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-growth environments
