We are looking for a Service Associate C - Telephone Operator to join our team!

As a Service Associate C - Telephone Operator, we rely on you to:

To be responsible of ensuring that calls to the Service Centre are promptly answered and requests are followed through to the concerned department to ensure smooth daily operations. 

• Deliver clear, courteous, and informative telephone assistance to guests to ensure positive communication experiences


• Respond promptly and professionally to all guest requests received via telephone to resolve inquiries efficiently 


• Manage guest enquiries by providing accurate information and coordinating with relevant departments for seamless service


• Operate and manage the telephone system to route calls correctly and maintain communication flow


• Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of guest service and contribute to a welcoming environment

We are looking for someone who:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or Customer Service Industry.  


• Customer oriented team player with strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.


• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.


• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.


• Communicates and writes with fluency in English & Malay. Additional language is an advantanges.


• Responsible and able to take initiative.


• Pleasant, friendly, and cheerful attitude.


• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
