We are looking for a Service Associate – Spa Coordinator to join our team! 


 


As a Service Associate – Spa Coordinator, we rely on you to


To maintain a professional and high quality level of service at all times whilst assisting the guest at every stage of their spa experience. To epitomize the essence of CHI with a friendly, courteous manner and helpful attitude, extending beyond the guests expectations. 


 



  • Provide a warm, professional, and personalised guest experience throughout the spa journey

  • Support the achievement of daily sales targets for treatments and retail products

  • Handle guest enquiries, consultations, and feedback in a professional mannerMaintain accurate guest records and complete daily administrative tasks

  • Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment of spa products and supplies

  • Support reception duties when required, including handling calls and bookingsPromote spa services, packages, and ongoing promotions to guests

  • Participate in training programmes to continuously improve skills and knowledge

  • Ensure compliance with all spa policies, procedures, and safety standards

  • Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments


We are looking for someone who:



  • Pleasant personalityGood Interpersonal skills

  • Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • Knowledge of face and body treatments and basic massage techniques

  • Good understanding of guest service and spa operations

  • Excellent computer skill (excel & word)

  • Very Good command of both English & Bahasa

  • Minimum 1-2  years of working experience as receptionist.

  • Customer orientation, Enthusiasm, Team builderInitiative, Self starter

  • Committed to customer valuesExperience in Manicure and Pedicure is added advantage

  • Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
