Penerangan Pekerjaan - SMB Sales Representative

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for managing a portfolio of complex and high-potential trading accounts while delivering sustainable growth through a balanced focus of 70% account development and 30% new business acquisition. Success in this role requires a strong hunter mentality, combining strategic account development with proactive prospecting to accelerate revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen Lyreco's customer base.

Manage and develop a portfolio of assigned trading and strategic accounts to achieve sales, gross profit, and customer retention targets.
Increase customer spend through product penetration, category expansion, cross-selling, and upselling initiatives.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the assigned territory to support sustainable business growth.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts within the CRM system.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
Work closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure full customer satisfaction by providing Lyreco standard service level.
Advocate customer loyalty through dedicated account management.
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned to you by the manager.
