Emerging Business Relationship Management

How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to take a customer-centric approach, understanding the unique needs and challenges of emerging businesses. You'll work closely with our customers to provide tailored financial solutions, leveraging OCBC's products and services to help them grow. Building strong relationships and providing exceptional service will be key to your success.

What you do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Building and maintaining relationships with emerging business owners and decision-makers
- Conducting financial analysis and providing tailored financial solutions to meet customers' needs
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to customers

Who you are
- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in business development or relationship management
- Strong understanding of the start-up and small business ecosystem in Singapore
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
