Snr Specialist, SME Lending Solutions

The Specialist, SME Lending Solutions at RHB Bank Berhad will play a key role in developing and managing lending products and solutions specifically tailored for Small and Medium Enterprises, with a focus on mitigating credit risks and enhancing our unsecured loan offerings.

Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive suite of SME lending products and solutions, including unsecured loan options.
* Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
* Collaborate with sales, risk, operations, and legal teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and ongoing management.
* Assess and manage credit risks associated with SME lending products, developing and implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
* Monitor portfolio performance and provide recommendations for adjustments to product features, pricing, and policies.
* Provide expert guidance and training to sales and relationship managers on SME lending products and solutions.
* Ensure all lending solutions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
* Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of RHB Bank Berhad's SME lending initiatives.

Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in credit risks, lending products, or lending solutions within the banking or financial services industry, specifically with a focus on Small Business Lending.
* Proven expertise in developing and managing Unsecured Loans for SMEs.
* Strong understanding of credit assessment methodologies and risk management principles.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
