About the Role

What You Will Deliver

• Support implementation of travel policy and compliance.


• Respond to mails within internal timelines.


• Ensure travellers receive the most competitive fare and options with the most efficient and shortest route.


• Book hotels and flights as per policy.


• Work closely with external parties such as travel agencies, airline companies, and hotels, and ensure good service is provided as per the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) stated within the contract.


• Ensure contractual discounts and benefits from all vendors are applied to DKSH bookings.


• Consolidate and analyse data from all agency and internal spend and usage reports.


• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

• Diploma in Travel and Tourism, Business, or a related discipline.


• Understanding of basic geography of the world map.


• Minimum two years of working experience within the travel industry, or minimum two years of working experience as an administrator with experience in travel arrangements.


• Demonstrated knowledge in the travel industry.


• Demonstrated fluency in English, both written and spoken.


• Demonstrated proficiencies in office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


• Ability to maintain good interaction with Business and functions across DKSH.
