What is your mission?

• Design and develop scalable web applications using Node.js, PHP, and React.js. 
  


• Code and design responsive, user-friendly websites according to company specifications, ensuring a seamless user experience. 
  


• Write efficient, well-documented, and reusable code using standard HTML, CSS, JavaScript practices, and modern frameworks. 
  


• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and/or PHP. 
  


• Manage and query databases using PostgreSQL and MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and security. 
  


• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, etc.) to ensure project alignment, feasibility, and timely delivery. 
  


• Implement contingency plans to ensure high availability and quick recovery in the event of system downtime. 
  


• Troubleshoot bugs and performance bottlenecks across the stack.
  


• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies to continuously improve software quality and development practices. 
  


• Provide detailed project updates to relevant stakeholders, including status reports, technical challenges, and proposed solutions. Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time, within your category of employment and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) of TDCX.
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• Proficiency in Node.js, PHP, React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 


• Solid understanding and experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.


• Strong front-end development skills with experience building responsive and accessible web interfaces. 


• Familiarity with REST API integration and backend services. 


• Ability to manage source control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. 


• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. 


• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
