They think globally to optimize our workforce, integrate our Core Values into everything we do, and deliver the HR solutions to enhance the employee experience and enable future growth.\n\n \n\n## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nThe Senior Learning \u0026 Development Specialist designs, facilitates, and owns high\u2011impact learning initiatives with a primary focus on program facilitation and end\u2011to\u2011end New Employee Onboarding (NEO). \nThis is a 12-month contractual role partner closely with HR and Business stakeholders to deliver learning solutions that accelerate capability, cultural integration, and time\u2011to\u2011productivity across the organization.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nLearning Program Ownership \u0026 Facilitation\n\n * Own assigned learning programs end\u2011to\u2011end, from needs analysis and design through facilitation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.\n * Serve as lead facilitator for core learning programs, including onboarding, foundational, and capability\u2011building initiatives.\n * Design and deliver engaging, learner\u2011centered experiences using adult learning and facilitation best practices.\n * Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions with confidence and impact.\n\n\n\nEnterprise Onboarding \u0026 Learning Experience\n\n * Design, facilitate, and continuously evolve enterprise onboarding and early\u2011career learning experiences that accelerate cultural integration, role clarity, and productivity.\n * Partner with HR, hiring managers, and functional teams to align onboarding and learning content, sequencing, and timing.\n * Coordinate learning schedules, materials, communications, and key onboarding touchpoints from a learning experience perspective.\n * Act as a key point of contact for onboarding\u2011related learning design and facilitation.\n\n\n\nLearning Design \u0026 Content Development\n\n * Design and develop learning materials, facilitator guides, toolkits, and supporting resources.\n * Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate or co\u2011create relevant, business\u2011aligned content.\n * Apply instructional design principles to ensure learning solutions are practical, scalable, and engaging.\n\n\n\nLearning Operations \u0026 Governance\n\n * Manage learning operations including scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, and LMS administration.\n * Ensure accurate tracking of attendance, completion, and evaluation data.\n * Manage program timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks to ensure smooth execution.\n\n\n\nStakeholder Partnership\n\n * Act as a trusted learning partner to business leaders, HRBPs, and cross\u2011functional stakeholders.\n * Coordinate with external vendors and facilitators to ensure quality and alignment.\n * Contribute to broader HR and talent initiatives where learning integration is required.\n\n\n\nMeasurement \u0026 Continuous Improvement\n\n * Evaluate learning effectiveness using participant feedback, assessments, and qualitative insights.\n * Analyze learning data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.\n * Prepare insights and reports for stakeholders on learning impact and experience quality.\n * Drive continuous improvement based on data, feedback, and evolving business needs.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\nLearning \u0026 Facilitation\n\n * Strong facilitation presence across onboarding, workshops, and group learning.\n * Learning needs analysis and consultative problem\u2011solving skills.\n * Instructional design grounded in adult learning principles.\n * Experience designing meaningful onboarding and employee learning experiences.\n\n\n\nProgram \u0026 Operational Excellence\n\n * End\u2011to\u2011end program and project management capability.\n * Stakeholder management in matrixed environments.\n * Learning evaluation, metrics, and data\u2011driven improvement.\n * Proficiency with LMS platforms and virtual facilitation tools.\n\n\n\nPersonal Attributes\n\n * Clear communicator with strong executive and group presence.\n * Detail\u2011oriented with a learner\u2011 and experience\u2011first mindset.\n * Proactive, adaptable, and solutions\u2011oriented.\n * Collaborative team contributor with emerging leadership capability.\n * Growth mindset and commitment to continuous development.\n\n\n * Growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional development.\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * 5\u20138 years of experience in Learning \u0026 Development, Talent Development, or related HR roles.\n * Proven experience facilitating programs and owning enterprise or onboarding\u2011related learning initiatives.\n * Experience operating in fast\u2011paced or matrixed organizations preferred.\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
