They do market, sell, implement and assist a suite of ICT solutions that cover the areas of system infrastructure management, cloud computing, backup/disaster recovery, etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage backup and recovery strategies using Commvault and Veeam solutions.
• Monitor and optimize backup jobs to ensure reliability and performance.
• Perform regular backup and restore tests to validate data integrity and disaster recovery plans.
• Configure and maintain storage systems integrated with backup platforms.
• Ensure proper storage utilization and capacity planning.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
• Implement replication and failover strategies across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Manage backups and data replication to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  Ensure seamless cloud-based disaster recovery processes.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to backup and recovery operations.
• Provide technical support to cross-functional teams and end-users.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and retention policies.
• Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Generate performance reports for backup operations and storage health.
• Implement enhancements to improve backup efficiency and reliability.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in storage and backup management.
• Expertise in Commvault and Veeam solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
