Your responsibilities:

• Manage direct orders process: contact partner for customers (internal & external) with regards to all questions concerning logistics and order fulfilment processes. Maintain a high level of customer and team satisfaction.


• Container configuration (optimal logistic) & issue Performa Invoice
  Analysis GM (Gross Margin) per order
  Contact with customers & APAC region team


• Keep updated data base of direct customers (customers, products, price book, etc)


• Follow up the whole direct orders process
  Direct contact with logistics / factories
  Follow up times (manufacturing & delivery times)
  Checking logistics documentation


• Collection, management & credit exposure procedure for direct orders


• Coordinate with commercial, regulatory, technical, marketing & labeling team for any country request of direct orders


• Manage intercompany orders:
  Contact with logistics/factories & follow up (manufacturing & export)
  Collaborate with LCC (Local Customer Care in each country)
  Container configuration & local stock needs
  Logistic docs process


• Collaborate with Supply &Operations Regional Manager
  Forecasting and S&OP needs for direct orders
  Sales, receivables, discounts/rebates info for direct sales
   

Talent We are looking for:

• 5+ years of relevant experience


• Previous experience in similar functions (or sales operations and order fulfilment)


• Proficient in English


• Speaking, reading & writing in Mandarin (at least at some level to communicate and check contracts) is a plus


• Experience with SAP (or other ERP systems) and Salesforce.com preferred


• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills


• Ability to work in a highly dynamic team and fast-paced environment with continuous challenges


• Team oriented


• Able to show adaptability to the European culture and way of doing business


• Strong organizational skills
