What You’ll Do

• Produce weekly and monthly recruitment reports; ensure accuracy and on‑time delivery.
• Analyse data to show trends and progress against agreed targets.
• Use Excel to slice, reconcile, and validate datasets; support dashboarding/automation (Power BI/Power Automate).
• Support recruitment systems administration (user access, data hygiene, basic configuration).
• Coordinate operational workflows such as agency onboarding and invoicing with internal teams (TA, HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal).
• Maintain clear documentation and trackers for process reliability.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in an operations, analyst, or administrative role with recurring reporting.
• Strong Excel and data‑handling skills; attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with systems and structured processes.
• Organised, methodical, and reliable; strong coordination skills.

Nice to have:

• Power BI / Power Automate experience
• Exposure to ATS/HRIS/ERP (e.g., SAP) or shared services systems
