Work you'll do:

As a manager at Deloitte Cybersecurity, you will lead and deliver cyber strategy and transformation engagements, focusing on cyber risk assessments, advisory, and privacy for our clients. You will turn their cyber risk into clear business decisions and drive their transformation while bringing in fresh perspectives of AI adoption and the future of Cybersecurity.

• Lead and deliver cyber risk assessments across client environments to identify security gaps and risk exposure


• Provide cyber advisory services, including strategy development, governance frameworks, and operating model design


• Deliver privacy advisory engagements to support compliance with data protection regulations


• Engage senior stakeholders to translate technical risks into business impact and actionable plans


• Support and drive cyber transformation initiatives from strategy through execution


• Identify and incorporate emerging trends, including AI, into cybersecurity solutions and client strategies


• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and business development activities


• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality delivery across engagements

Requirements:

If you are someone with:

• Degree in cyber security, computer science, business IT or equivalent


• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or advisory


• Proven experience in cyber risk assessments, cyber advisory, and privacy advisory


• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, governance, and risk management practices


• Certifications such as CISSP and/or CRISC preferred


• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders


• Forward-looking mindset with exposure to AI adoption in cybersecurity


• Strong communication, problem-solving, and structured thinking skill
