Team Member, Production Assurance/ Projects

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Member, Production Assurance / Projects to join our team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing commission payment processes, handling payment-related grievances, supporting management reporting, and contributing to projects and system enhancements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement in production assurance operations.

What you will be doing

• Handle commission payment calculations across all distribution channels in a timely and accurate manner

• Manage and resolve payment grievances, including preparation and issuance of payment notes

• Perform overall reporting and provide relevant information to internal management

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation of commission and payment records

• Support and manage projects and system enhancements, including improvements to the TA system

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and support smooth implementation of enhancements

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, risk management, and compliance requirements

• Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reporting quality

What we're looking for

• Background in finance, accounting, operations, or a related discipline

• Experience in commission processing, payments, reporting, or operations support is an advantage

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail

• Good planning, organizational, and time management skills

• Ability to communicate effectively and work with multiple stakeholders

• Comfortable supporting projects and system enhancement initiatives

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work within deadlines
