Technical Manager

• Design and assist in product introduction and application methods for developers, consultants, and architects.
  
• Develop technical data sheets with product specifications and create product brochures.
  
• Address and manage site complaints in collaboration with the Business Director and Technical Director.
  
• Offer technical support and troubleshooting to site engineers regarding the performance and application of cementitious products.
  
• Ensure proper application of related products/systems at customer sites by offering guidance, training, and consistently developing application techniques.
  
• Carry out product mix design trials and lead technical demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness of the products.
  
• Investigate and identify alternative sources of raw materials that meet the company’s formulation requirements.
  
• Effectively lead technical projects, encompassing all lab and site trial activities.
  
• Monitor product quality closely by collaborating with Quality Control team and site support team, taking necessary actions to meet the targeted quality performance.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a technical/managerial role within adhesives, sealants, or related chemical industries.
  
• Strong knowledge of polymer chemistry, formulation, and application technologies.
  
• Proven experience in leading product development projects from concept to commercialization.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills.
  
• Familiarity with international standards and testing methods.
  
• Leadership qualities with a hands -on and proactive approach.
  
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
  
• Familiarity with raw material suppliers and regional market trends in the construction or manufacturing sectors.
  
• Project management and cross -functional collaboration experience.
