We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam\u0027s business.\n\n \n\n## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nAs a Quality Program Manager at Lam, you are not just overseeing projects \u2013 you\u2019re orchestrating breakthroughs in support of Global Operations Quality AOP programs. You\u2019ll lead cross-functional teams through successful project execution blending your business and technical quality excellence with strategic planning to deliver new or upgraded quality processes. Your role is vital, owning quality projects from initiation through delivery using your expertise in planning, directing, and monitoring schedules and budget. The role acts as a central execution and integration point across different organizations, ensuring that quality initiatives are delivered with clarity, discipline, and measurable outcomes. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Over-see the quality programs from problem definitions through developing project plans, aligning teams, managing risk, and driving projects through release.\n * Project manage cross functional execution across Product Groups, CSBG, Global Operations teams (Mfg, Supply chain, Logistics), Field Quality, and Analytics teams.\n * Take ownership and accountability for the success of projects and cross-functional teams to ensure program schedules, performance metrics, and delivery meets business requirements on time and within budget.\n * Partner with stakeholders to understand process and system requirements and deliver enhancements based on the AOP objectives.\n * Lead Continuous Improvement projects, owning the entire lifecycle from inception to impactful results.\n * Perform data collection and statistical analysis, and report results to inform program schedules and deliverables.\n * Coach and train teams in project objectives, process methodologies, and quality project best practices.\n * Influence cross-functional stakeholders to continuously contribute to enhancements and project deliverables and inspire alignment.\n * Track program KPIs and milestones aligned with Global Operations Quality AOP and KPIs.\n * Maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) to provide clear visibility of progress, risks, and trends to leadership.\n * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness in reporting.\n * Deliver change management for programs that are sustainable and maintains long-term success.\n * Prepare materials for various accountability reviews, Operations Reviews, and leadership updates.\n * Communicate clearly and concisely with senior leadership, stakeholders, and project team on execution status and risks.\n * Escalate issues when execution is at risk and propose mitigation options.\n * Familiarity with quality systems and structured problem\u2011solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Problem solving methodologies), with experience driving KPI\u2011driven execution and follow\u2011through\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree with 15+ years of experience; or Master\u2019s degree with 12+ years\u2019 experience\n * 10 + years of continuous improvement or Quality related program management.\n * Experience leading cross-functional teams and demonstrating excellent leadership and influence skills to deliver results.\n * Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences at all levels in the Company.\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * Experience in Semiconductor Equipment Operations, or related industries is a plus.\n * Knowledge of Program Management with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.\n * Experienced in quality projects and processes.\n * Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master is a big plus\n * Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology or certification (Green Belt, Black Belt) is a plus.\n * Expertise with project management software and tools including MS Project, QuickBase, Office Timeline, or equivalent.\n * Ability to work independently within Cross\u2011Functional Teams (CFTs), proactively driving actions, follow\u2011ups, and decisions without day\u2011to\u2011day supervision is a must\n * Minimum BS in any discipline, MS preferred\n * Experience in Change Management methodologies is a plus.\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories \u2013 On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. \u2018On-site Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. \u2018Virtual Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.\n
