Technical Sales & Solution Management is responsible for contributing to the company's B2B
sales growth by proactively providing effective technical solutions, developing new applications,
and conducting technical training for B2B sales members.
Key Responsibilities & Authorities
A. Creation of New Solutions and Sales
ï· Contribute to B2B sales growth by providing timely technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
ï· Develop innovative solutions using the company's specialty ingredients and competitive materials through formulation and processing trials.
ï· Identify customer technical challenges and provide appropriate proposals to strengthen the company's value as a solution provider.
B. Customer & Affiliate Relationship Management and Training
ï· Build strong relationships with affiliates and customers to understand their latest requirements.
ï· Identify customer and affiliate issues and recommend suitable technical solutions and product applications.
ï· Plan and conduct product training sessions to strengthen the company's technical solution capabilities.
C. Technical Support for B2B Business
ï· Develop in -depth knowledge of the company's specialty products, including their properties, applications, and competitive advantages.
ï· Provide technical support and product information to customers, affiliates, and internal sales teams.
ï· Assist Business Development in troubleshooting customer technical issues.
ï· Conduct application testing and formulation evaluations for company products to optimize product performance.
ï· Support the planning, procurement, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, instruments, and tools.
D. Project Management & Company -wide Activities
ï· Provide timely project progress updates to the superior.
ï· Prioritize and manage assigned tasks independently.
ï· Take initiative and collaborate effectively as a team member.
ï· Support FSSC, HACCP, Quality, Halal, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
Requirements
ï· Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Food Technology, Nutrition,
Dietetics, Science & Technology, or a related discipline.
ï· Preferably with at least two (2) years of relevant working experience.
ï· Preferably at Executive level, specializing in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
ï· Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese, both written and spoken.
