Technician 4, lab

Job Summary:

As Reliability technician, you mainly require to support and coordinate LGAN product Reliability operation and all the engineering and characterization run of this technology. Others as following; 

1. Set up Reliability stress tests (e.g, HTRB, HTGB, TC, PC, THB, etc.) according to schematics and test plans. 


2. Ensure proper electrical biasing and environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, vibration, etc,) are applied during testing.


3. Operate and maintain reliability test equipment such as ovens, chambers, power supplies, and data loggers.


4. Collaborate with our team of engineers to support reliability operations. 


5. Provide Line support / work with Operations on All Analog, Logic & Discrete testing issues ( testers, hardware/ accessories, correlation failure, failure verification & disposition etc.)


6. Responsible to work closely with Lab Operations, to ensure all loading & unloading activities are done timely ( to meet OTD) and zero quality issues.


7. Support stress methods and data collection to be utilized in the evaluation of new products.


8. Be safely minded about power and other lab hazards.  


9. Responsible for setting up Reliability Stress tests according to the schematic provided by REL/Process Engineering.


10. Responsible to ensure all loading into & unloading out of chambers, of all ONRMS runs, for all reliability tests including Board Level Reliability (BLR) are done per the schedule.


11. Responsible for the motherboard hardware management and tasks involved are maintenance of hardware, PM process done per schedule and timely hardware release for production use. 


12. Troubleshoot and repair lab equipment / system.


13. Assist engineer in lab capabilities improvement activities


14. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgement is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations.


15. Provide technical services to internal and external customer. 


16. Provie support to Operation on Lab driven projects 5S, system, etc


17. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be adaptive to a dynamic work environment. This is a support role, and the ideal candidate must be available daily in the laboratory to support the application engineers as needed. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Diploma in Electronics

Minimum 2years relevant experience 

Knowledge, skills and abilities

Troubleshooting skills

Decision making and problem solving skills

Good interpersonal skills

Computer skills is a perquisite

Able to work as a team to achieve dept goals

Able to interact and communicate effectively with all level of employees.
