Technician - Engineering (AGL - Inventory Management)

Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Execute and supervise the operation and maintenance works and ensuring the works done are accordingly to the specified maintenance standards, best practices and quality so as to ensure the serviceability and reliability of facilities as well as operational efficiency and cost optimization.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Adhere and execute the operation and maintenance to ensure highest level of system availability and reliability.


• Abide by Company’s policies, procedures, guidelines, local/international regulations and legislations, quality management system, EMS, OHSAS, Green Globe 21 and any other certifications.


• Maintain data and information accurately for reporting on the assigned airport systems and facilities.


• Assist prepares and implements the yearly budget (OPEX and CAPEX).


• Develop staff competency and skill in order to improve the effectiveness of operation and maintenance activities.


• Keep abreast of new technology in order to properly plan for future enhancement and efficiency improvement of the assigned airport system and facilities. 


• Participation on the special projects in order to ensure the assigned airport system and facilities requirements are properly addressed.


• Trouble shooting efficiently and timely during any system crisis and emergency situation.


• Supervise the project and contract management.


• Maintain technical data and inputs for continuous improvement  action

• Entry operation and maintenance data timely.


• Optimum usage of the available resources for operation and maintenance activities


• Fully utilize IT tools i.e. SAP, CMMS. 


• Lack of skill at airports; people competency and people development


• Keeps abreast with the latest technology and best practices in the industries

Relevant Industries

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh Graduates with a Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Technical Engineering are encouraged to apply.


• 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience for Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia with Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional holders and Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (Level 2).


• 5 Years of relevant working experience for Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional holders with Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (Level 1).

Education

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Technical Engineering.


• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia / Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional / Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia with Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (Level 2).


• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional with Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (Level 1)
