We are seeking a visionary TechOps Risk & Business Continuity Management (BCM) Specialist to join us as a Senior Principal Business Analyst. In this high-impact, enterprise-level role, you will not just analyze processes—you will shape the resilience strategy for our Technical Operations applications and ecosystem. The Role: What You Will Do

• Strategic Content Leadership: Shape and steer cross-organizational outcomes at the highest strategic levels. You will focus heavily on managing the end-to-end business continuity lifecycle and risk management frameworks for our critical TechOps applications.

• Resilience & Problem Solving: Hold ultimate responsibility for the success of critical, highly uncertain initiatives. You will apply advanced systems thinking to analyze complex business challenges, advocate for innovative solutions, and guide enterprise-wide change adaptation.

• Methodology Innovation: Develop entirely new, groundbreaking business analysis frameworks and methodologies, while mentoring senior practitioners to elevate our global business analysis practice.

• Executive Stakeholder Management: Engage directly with executive leaders, strategy heads, and governance bodies. You will navigate politically sensitive landscapes as a master negotiator, securing alignment on transformative initiatives and long-range planning.

• Future-State Roadmapping: Anticipate disruptive industry trends and emerging business needs to design long-term solution roadmaps and lead massive corporate reengineering efforts.

What You Will Bring to the Team

Experience & Education

• 10+ years of Business Analysis or Consultancy experience.

• 7+ years of dedicated experience within the life sciences / pharmaceutical sector or supporting relevant manufacturing and technical operations functions.

• A proven track record of owning and successfully delivering large-scale, high-uncertainty organizational initiatives.

Technical & Domain Expertise

• Core BCM & Risk Expertise: Practical, hands-on experience covering the end-to-end lifecycle of application business continuity management and IT risk management.

• Regulatory Compliance: Deep compliance skills, specifically with extensive experience operating within a strict GxP environment.

• Systems Thinking Mastery: Exceptional ability to map interconnected architectures, look at the big picture, and provide holistic consulting advice.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Exceptional negotiation, facilitation, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.

• Natural mentorship capability with a history of evolving the business analysis discipline.

• An established professional reputation for strategic agility and thought leadership.
