Telemarketing Executive - Client Acquisition

We are SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd., a BPO and Technology Solutions provider located in Selangor, where innovation meets excellence.

As part of our rapid expansion, we are looking for dynamic and driven Telemarketing Executives to support our growth in generating qualified leads and converting them into potential clients, particularly within the Hong Kong (HK) market and international segments.

Position

Telemarketing Executive (Mandarin / Cantonese Speaker) – Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

Job Description

• Conduct outbound calls to generate and qualify new business leads from assigned databases and campaigns

• Engage potential clients (including Hong Kong market prospects) to introduce company services and solutions

• Attend events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build relationships and generate leads

• Deliver clear, confident, and structured product/service presentations via phone or virtual meetings

• Identify business needs and position suitable solutions to convert leads into sales opportunities

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with potential clients

• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing, sales, business development & client acquisition.

• Experience in B2B sales is an advantage

• Experience handling Hong Kong customers or Cantonese-speaking markets is highly preferred

• Strong command of English (MANDATORY) for communication and presentation

• Proficient in Mandarin & Cantonese (Mandatory)

• Confident in delivering presentations and handling client interactions

• Able to handle rejection with persistence and professionalism

• Results-driven, proactive, and target-oriented

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Persistent and results-oriented with a positive attitude and a high level of resilience.

Salary

• RM 4500 - RM 5500
