You\u0027ll perform diagnostic tests, design test features and equipment, and create detailed specifications for new products. Your strategic planning of labor, schedules, and equipment ensures effective testing operations. Join us in shaping the future of precision and reliability at Lam.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Experience with vacuum, pressure, Radio Frequency (RF) Power delivery and gas delivery systems\n * Works cross functionally with design engineering and the pilot group for new product development\n * Ensures PDR / NSR deliverables are in place including test fixtures, test procedures, test specifications, and control charts\n * Conducts validation on all new test software and fixtures\n * Has a working knowledge of SAP functions for manufacturing\n * Defines, designs, documents, builds, calibrates, troubleshoots, and supports all manufacturing test fixtures\n * Software skills to create / modify manufacturing\u2019s test scripts\n * Improves product quality through test first pass yield and trend data. Analyzes factory non-conformances and field escalations for root cause and corrective action\n * Resolves test issues cross functionally with Suppliers, Supplier Engineering, Pilot Manufacturing, and Design Engineering\n * Presentation skills to present test fixture designs, test processes or spec changes at engineering design reviews\n * Defines and implements metrics to lead test process improvements \n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.\n * Experience in Test Engineering/Development environment with in-depth knowledge of C#, Python or other scripting languages.\n * Technical writing skills to communicate and document designs and procedures\n * Excellent verbal \u0026 written communication skills with proven track record in managing technical projects.\n * Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and proficient in electrical circuit testing \u0026 troubleshooting.\n * Experience in Engineering Change Management Process.\n * Statistical Process Control (SPC) understanding and application experience. \n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n\u2022 Knowledge of Semiconductor equipment especially on test methodologies. \n\u2022 Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English. \n\u2022 Statistical analysis skills including statistical process control and data analysis used in production setting. \n\u2022 Knowledge in programming languages. \n\u2022 Proven stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders or customers in technical matters. \n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
