• Operate attractions according to the Operations Manual (OM’s).


• Manage queue lines effectively.


• Ensure compliance with ride restrictions and safety requirements.


• Load and unload rides safely and efficiently.


• Ensure personal, Guest, and Team Member safety at all times.


• Report any machinery failure and maintenance requirements to the Supervisor.


• Assist with emergency and evacuation procedures.


• Provide memorable moments and positive experiences for Guests whenever possible.


• Share a friendly and sincere smile with Guests.


• Suggest and recommend relevant services or experiences to Guests.


• Proactively communicate with Guests and Management in an honest and timely manner.


• Take ownership and utilize empowerment to resolve Guest challenges as soon as possible.


• Liaise with other departments, such as Cleaning, Maintenance, and Guest Services, whenever required.


• Maintain the dress standards set by Rides & Attractions at all times.


• Maintain overall cleanliness of the Attraction areas.


• Perform other duties as assigned.
