UIUX and Graphic Designer

l User Interface (UI) Design

n Design clean, modern, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

n Create high-fidelity mockups, UI components, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

n Develop consistent design systems, color palettes, typography, and iconography.

n Ensure UI designs maintain visual and functional consistency across platforms and devices.

l User Experience (UX) Design

n Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and behavior patterns.

n Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and user flows to guide the product experience.

n Collaborate with product managers and developers to turn insights into impactful features.

n Use data, feedback, and A/B testing to refine user interaction and improve performance.

l Graphic Design & Brand Communication

n Create visuals for marketing campaigns including banners, social media graphics, infographics, brochures, and presentations.

n Design brand assets like logos, product visuals, illustrations, and email creatives.

n Maintain visual consistency across all branding and communication materials.

n Support content and storytelling through strong visual direction and conceptual design.

Requirements

l Proven experience in UI/UX and graphic design roles (portfolio required).

l Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, InVision, etc.

l Strong eye for visual composition, detail, and pixel-perfect execution.

l Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.

l Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.

l Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS is a plus.

l Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
