About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff by providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a productive and cohesive working environment.
• Oversee the picking, inspection, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse processes.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily work activities, including order picking, packing, and shipping, to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with transporters to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Resolve any shipment issues promptly and efficiently in collaboration with transport partners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse team leader role or transport management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Forklift certification, or the ability to obtain certification, is an advantage.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required, to ensure effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
