Warehouse Manager (Johor - Manufacturer)

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities
  
• Ensure efficient use of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP systems to maintain inventory accuracy
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including warehouse automation and robotics implementation
  
• Manage and lead a warehouse team, ensuring productivity and operational efficiency
  
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate month-end stock counts, including weekend work when required
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
  
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth production and delivery flow
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  
• Minimum five (5) years of working experience in the manufacturing industry
  
• Familiar with WMS and ERP systems
  
• Knowledge in warehouse automation and robotics
  
• Understanding of barcode and RFID systems
  
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with China-based suppliers
  
• Knowledge of QHSE and Food Safety Management Systems is essential
